Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end: design, implementation, tests, and rollout
- Design APIs, service boundaries, and data models for maintainability
- Review code and raise the bar on quality, performance, and security
- Partner with product and clients to turn ambiguous asks into shipped work
- Keep systems observable: logging, metrics, and alerting you would trust on-call
Requirements
- 4+ years building production backend or full-stack systems
- Strong fundamentals in at least one modern backend stack and SQL databases
- Comfortable writing and reviewing automated tests, not just shipping features
- Clear written communication for async, distributed teams
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments (SOC 2 style)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain native or cross-platform mobile applications
- Tune performance, memory, and battery usage for production-grade apps
- Own App Store / Play Store release cycles and rollout strategy
- Handle credentials, tokens, and customer data securely on-device
- Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts and offline behavior
Requirements
- 3+ years shipping production iOS and/or Android apps
- Proficiency in Swift/Kotlin or a cross-platform framework (React Native, Flutter)
- Track record of apps live on the App Store or Play Store
- Comfortable owning a feature from design through release
Nice to have
- Experience with CI pipelines for mobile builds (Fastlane, EAS, etc.)
- Familiarity with push notifications, deep linking, or offline-first sync

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion flows
- Implement infrastructure as code and keep environments reproducible
- Establish security baselines: secrets management, least privilege, hardening
- Build observability: logging, metrics, tracing, and actionable alerts
- Track cloud cost and tune autoscaling and resilience patterns
Requirements
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency with an IaC tool (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar)
- Solid understanding of networking, containers, and CI/CD fundamentals
Nice to have
- Experience preparing evidence for audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar)
- Kubernetes operations experience in production
